I recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton DIFC in Dubai and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay quite pleasant. I opted for the club room, which had a spacious bathroom and provided a comfortable stay. However, I couldn't help but notice that the hotel is in need of renovation and updating. The carpeting and some furnishings seemed outdated and not up to the standard I would expect from a Ritz Carlton property. The overall ambiance of the hotel was a bit tired and could benefit from a refresh. Despite the need for renovation, I had a decent stay at the Ritz Carlton DIFC. With some updates and improvements, this hotel has the potential to provide a truly luxurious experience for its guests.

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The staff are consistently friendly and the service is sincere, attentive and friendly without being pretentious or snooty in any way! It seems to me the hotel has focused on service as a point of differentiation, and they've nailed it. A minor facilities wrinkle was quickly and effortlessly resolved by Michelle, the duty manager, with a follow-up by Chris, the GM. Just the perfect example of problem resolution! When I'm traveling for business, I want my travels to be smooth and easy, and for my hotel to be as close to a home-away-from-home as possible. The Ritz-Carlton DIFC delivers this.

Top notch service, facilities and location within DIFC without feeling too stuffy. Excellent restaurant, breakfast and plenty of spaces for quiet meetings. What else could ask for?

Good business hotel. Room are well fitted and generous bathrooms. The Wifi was fluctuating, fortunately did not need it extensively in-room. In-room coffee is good. The Cake Cafe was perfect for business meetings and staff was cordial and efficient. This was probably my 10th visit to the property and they’ve maintained their standards.

Ritz Carlton hotel is one of the top ten nice hotel special when their is someone who take cares like Mr. Pradeep who showed us a great hospitality and cares. He is very nice person who cares about his customers. I would like to extend my thanks to him for his care.
