Die Damen und Herren vom Ritz-Carlton Dubai haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir ausserordentlich angenehme Ferien auf einem aussergewöhnlich hohen Luxus- und Service-Level erleben. Ob am Empfang, beim Concierge, bei der Zimmer-Reinigung, den Beaches und Pools, den verschiedenen Restaurants oder in der hervorragenden Lobby-Lounge mit anliegendem Library-Club (eigentlich ein Gentlemen‘s Club) wurden jegliche Wünsche erfüllt. Aus all diesen Gründen können wir dieses Hotel einschränkungslos weiter empfehlen.

The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai is a true gem nestled along the stunning Jumeirah Beach. The hotel’s grounds are breathtaking, with lush gardens, elegant pools, and direct access to a pristine private beach. The rooms are spacious and meticulously designed, featuring comfortable beds and balconies offering views of the sea. Service is impeccable — the staff are always courteous, warm, and ready to assist without being overbearing. The spa and wellness facilities offer an unparalleled relaxation experience, while the restaurants stand out for their diverse culinary offerings and high-quality dishes, ranging from international cuisine to refined local flavors. If I had to point out a few drawbacks, I’d mention that the prices for on-site services (such as dining and spa treatments) are quite high, even by luxury hotel standards. Additionally, while the public areas are beautiful, the pools can get a little crowded during peak hours, which slightly detracts from the otherwise exclusive atmosphere.

Special gratitude to Nabaraj Keshav, who took care of my room all week with such kindness and attention to detail. Every day I returned to a perfectly clean room, beautifully decorated with flowers and thoughtful touches — it truly felt like home. Your care and effort didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The house cleaning staff was fantastic!! Each morning and every evening we were left with a treat, a nice note or an artistic animal or flower expertly made from towels. We could tell that the staff takes so much pride in their work and they truly made our stay unforgettable.

Amazing hotel for families with kids . Always clean rooms and nice restaurants, especially Amaseena restaurant, chef Toby the best .!! Definitely recommend this place for nice relaxing stay!! Kids room is good as well. Big thanks to housekeeping crew, room was always clean and lots of water always was in the room
