SIRO One Za'abeel

Our stay at SIRO One Za’abeel started off on a slightly disorganised note, as the check-in process was not well coordinated and our room was only ready at 9pm on the day of arrival. That said, this major glitch did not dampen our overall experience. From that point onward, the service was excellent and consistently impressive. Every space we visited was aesthetically stunning and thoughtfully designed. The Proverb bath products deserve a special mention — quite simply the best hotel amenities I’ve ever used. The OO High Tea was fantastic, both in presentation and quality. Dining at Culinara, the Time Out Dubai concept, was outstanding. The food was exceptional, and the service from Bibesh truly elevated the experience — he went above and beyond in every way. Dinara was an absolute delight: warm, sincere, and genuinely attentive, making us feel so well looked after. For a hotel gym, the facilities are phenomenal. It is exceptionally well equipped and caters to every fitness need. Checkout was the perfect ending to our stay. Several managers were present to personally greet us as we departed — such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Despite the initial check-in hiccup, SIRO One Za’abeel delivered a truly impressive and luxurious experience.

This was my second stay at the SiRO Hotel Dubai, and while my first stay was outstanding, this one was even better. The experience felt incredibly personal — staff remembered my name and regularly checked in to make sure everything was perfect and that I didn’t need anything. The level of care and attention was exceptional. The treatments were fantastic, and Aru did an outstanding job with the modular massage — truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I also met with the highly knowledgeable nutritionist, Helene, who offered excellent, tailored advice to help improve my nutrition. She was an expert and provided clear, specific guidance on areas where I could improve. A special shoutout to Usman, who was just a message away at all times and consistently went above and beyond to make my stay seamless. In fact, the entire team deserves recognition — from the valet attendants to the housekeeping staff, everyone delivered exceptional service. I really appreciated how the team arranged all appointments in advance, messaging me beforehand to ensure everything was perfectly scheduled. An exceptional, thoughtful, and truly elevated experience — I can’t wait to return.

The front door bell boys team is the best in the city. I forgot something and left out of town and they went the extra distance to attend to my package and make sure it got to the right place. The whole team is to be thanked and special mention is given to Rafay he is an absolute gem and angel. His messages are so thoughtful and brighten my day. Ammy (Arminder) who kinda looks like Rafay twin is also the sweetest man, will be running to help for any thing and is so thoughtful. Great job guys.

It’s amazing place and i love it. clean and the staff and hospitable. My coach Mohammed is the best as the results i have seen in almost 2 months is just wow. something that i have not achieved in my 3 years with another trainer in a different location. he pushes to the max!
