best experience
I had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis on Palm Jumeirah. The suite, the view, and the bathtub were incredibly relaxing, and the complimentary beach access offered stunning sunset views. The buffet breakfast was rich and delicious, with a great variety of options — I especially enjoyed being able to order different styles of coffee and eggs. After just a few visits, Khin remembered my preferences and warmly helped me get exactly what I liked every time. I’d also like to thank Kul and Thomas for keeping the room spotless, Abla for assisting with packing as our butler, and Pascaline and Godfrey for helping with the room move.

The Staff makes the hotel
The Staff - They certainly aim to please but beyond that, they genuinely want to engage and get to know their guest. Roxanne, the morning chef, went above and beyond by noticing that I was intrigued by some of the foreign local dishes at the buffet. She walked me through everything, describing the ingredients and flavors and went additional step above by creating her local favorites and serving them up to me fresh, right out of the ovens. She is so charming. Desmond, our server was excellent too, sharing where he was from originally and what he loves best about the secrets of Dubai. The entire team was well put together and acted as they love their position. The hotel was crisp, clean, and in step with anticipating my every need. It was a happy place and a special kind of calm comfort in the midst of very high volume. I will stay again in a minute.

A gem of an experience
Words cannot express how amazing my experience at the St. Regis The Palm was, but I will try! The room is perfect and the breakfast so yummy. The hospitality here is the best I have experienced and I have been so well looked after, from the check in with Trio, to the concierge service provided by Igor, and of course Ram, Thomas and Kul who are the team that manages the floor I was staying on who made my stay so special, the thoughtfulness and attention to detail was mind blowing. I am so grateful and appreciate their kindness. I will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing St Regis The Palm
Beyond Amazing , from the moment you enter the regal lobby, checking in and conveyance to your room, hospitality reimagined, ticks all the boxes. The decor, the ambiance, and you are availed to a personal butler 24/7. The rooms , spacious is an understatement, romeo and juliet wash basins and bath tub with luxurious toiletries. Housekeeping are welcoming and non intrusive always available to facilitate comfort, , sumptuous breakfast and michelin rated restaurants, highly recommended House keeping staff Ram, Sisir , Bahadur, displayed exceptional professionalism

Restaurant breakfast was a treat
Than in the Cordelia restaurant was THE BEST, giving 5 star service every day. So kind and thoughtful. Wonderful!! He was so attentive making our visit complete every morning with a smile. He was interested in us and wanted to share openly, anything we asked about the hotel and Dubai. He is a gem!
