We spent one night at the St. Regis in Dubai for the first time, wanting to try out the hotel before planning a longer stay. The hotel complex, and especially the room, pleasantly surprised us. Its elegance and grace truly won us over. You could easily spend the whole day in that room, enjoying your stay. Combined with the Nakheel Mall, the Aura Sky Pool, and the observation deck, it's ideal for a stay on the Palm. The hotel staff was also very welcoming, courteous, and helpful; we felt truly comfortable. Despite the hustle and bustle, check-in was very professional and friendly. Many thanks to Soulef at check-in for allowing us to check in promptly despite the hotel being full. Breakfast was also very nice, especially with the option of sitting outside. However, we would have appreciated some sparkling wine or champagne at breakfast, as this would have perfectly complemented the hotel's sophisticated atmosphere. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we would gladly return if the opportunity arises. Perhaps next time they'll offer sparkling wine or champagne at breakfast? best Regards Edward and Danuta

We booked three rooms for our family to celebrate my sister’s birthday and mine, staying a total of six nights. Overall, we had a lovely stay at The St Regis Palm. The hotel is very well located, directly above Nakheel Mall, which is extremely convenient. The butler service is exceptional — nothing ever felt too difficult, and whenever we needed something, the team was more than happy to assist. This is truly what makes the hotel shine. They also arranged a complimentary cake for our celebrations, which was very thoughtful. The team at the breakfast restaurant were also warm and considerate, bringing pancakes, candles, and chocolate gifts to celebrate our birthdays. This gesture was genuinely appreciated. The rooms themselves are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making for an enjoyable stay. Areas that could be improved: Check-in experience Unfortunately, the check-in experience left a poor first impression. The staff member assisting us was unwilling to listen when we explained our bookings, including that one room was booked using points for two nights. Despite my attempts to explain — and advising that I had exchanged multiple emails with the hotel over several months — she did not check the system notes. We had been travelling for over 30 hours and were extremely jet-lagged, which made this particularly frustrating. As this was our first St Regis stay (despite staying at many Marriott properties), no information was provided about the butler service, fruit platters, or the daily ironing service available. We were also not informed that the butler team typically meets guests upon arrival in the room. After being escorted to the lifts, we arrived at our rooms only to find the key cards did not work. Because the booking notes were not properly updated, we were repeatedly contacted on the second day to ask whether we were checking out, before staff later realised the booking was continuing. Had the notes been reviewed at check-in, this confusion could have been avoided. We only learned about the butler service on the second day, when a wonderful staff member, Soufel, assisted us. She explained the service, shared the butler WhatsApp contact, and advised us of our eligibility for late checkout based on our Marriott status. Her level of customer service is what we would have expected at check-in, rather than 24 hours later. Breakfast service consistency While the breakfast service was excellent at the beginning of our stay, it became less consistent as the days went on. The menu also felt a little static. Toward the end of our stay, it was surprisingly difficult to have tea orders taken, even when staff appeared available and walked past without checking in. Having stayed at many hotels for extended periods, we are accustomed to a more proactive approach over time, so this was disappointing. It may have been due to the busy December holiday period, but the inconsistency stood out. That said, many members of the breakfast team were outstanding and deserve recognition. Final thoughts: I would happily stay here again, largely due to the exceptional butler team, the overall cleanliness of the hotel, and its unbeatable location. It truly felt like a home away from home. Aside from the check-in experience and the inconsistency toward the end of our breakfast service, we had a very pleasant stay.

The Butler Team is very attentive, responsive and courteous. The housekeeping team does an amazing job. Morning breakfast spread is amazing, and as a Titanium elite, you’re offered the option to choose points or comp breakfast. I chose the latter. There was a minor mixup or issue during check-in, but the manager on duty addressed the issue to our satisfaction. I had tried to use Suite Night Upgrade certificates for this stay, but given the busy New Years holiday period, the property was sold out, and unfortunately the certificates were not honored.

St regis on palm A perfect choice for anyone who loves exceptional cuisine, beautiful design, and the atmosphere of true musical elegance, we had amazing time in lena restaurant on the roof toop with fantastic ambience and food on beautiful terrace !
