Her genuine smile, thoughtful recommendations, and ability to anticipate our needs made us feel incredibly well taken care of. She struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our meal. What stood out the most was her personal touch—she remembered our preferences and made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. Wonderful hospitality
I thoroughly recommend Taj Dubai for a wonderful stay. I was there in June 25 for 3 nights, returning to this hotel after an excellent stay in 2023. Like before, the outstanding point is the hospitality of the staff. In that regard, special thanks to Kirti on the front desk. She was incredibly helpful with the extra touches that made my visit special. She showed initiative and came up with great suggestions to help me with my stay. Thank you!
