We've stayed at the Taj Dubai on three occasions, and we've never been disappointed. The standard of this hotel is exceptional, particularly in terms of the staff and food.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice reception area and lovely welcome from staff on arrival. Spacious rooms. Indian restaurant was very good. Poor experience in the Elephant restaurant.

Had a wonderful time at the Taj Dubai at Downtown. Thanks for being a great host. Rooms were elegant, spacious and clean. Our room had view of Burj Khalifa and the fountain area beside Dubai Mall. The staff was courteous. Food was delicious. The Hotel is located comfortably in Downtown Dubai which makes it a centre point for visiting whole Dubai. Enjoyed the amenities such as pool, club, spa, etc.

A fantastic experience in a wonderful hotel with great staff. We stayed here for our Silver Wedding Anniversary and the service levels were incredible.

Excellent Stay and Joban at Breakfast and the Managers at Miss Tess do take utmost care ; thank you for making us comfortable. Check In was seamless, Housekeeping is top notch with staff being courteous. IRD Manager was very helpful
