😊 Amazing time at this beautiful hotel. Well situated so easy to walk anywhere to shops, tourist attractions etc. lovely comfortable room, impeccable service with friendly staff and a personal touch - nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and return. This hotel is an absolute gem. Such a warm and welcoming hotel. Beautiful bar, fabulous food and lovely large rooms. The staff are so helpful and welcoming. A special thanks to ibrahim for being helpful and everyone on the front deskI was a guest at this elegant hotel several years ago, so when the opportunity to revisit Dubai presented itself, I welcomed the opportunity to return. And, I was not disappointed. As a matter of fact, it exceeded my expectations based on my vived memory., When you walk through the front doors at the voco hotel it’s like being welcomed home by a family member. Our stay has been first class from the reception staff to the outstanding bar and restaurant. We did try to venture out to dine at other restaurants but just couldn’t replicate the friendliness and atmosphere here. The food was exceptional and matched the service and ambiance. In conclusion having travelled the world the voco ihg is on our definite list to come back to. Many thanks. The level of service at this hotel is truly exceptional—warm, welcoming, and remarkably attentive from the moment we arrived. Ibrahim went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and the concierge (whose name ibrahim ) was equally helpful. Every detail reflected elegance: spotless rooms, thoughtful touches throughout, and top-tier amenities that elevated the experience. A genuine five-star stay that exceeded expectations in every way. A kind touch that remained in our memory was that Ibrahim helped us in returning our passport when we went shopping and lost it in the taxi, as it was returned within half an hour. This is credited to this competent employee who was serious and firm in his role in helping us. You have an employee with a great sense of responsibility and firmness. Thank you for this hospitality and the degree of security that you shared with us.

The staff members are warm and hospitable, they serve with a smile. They are delighted, deliberate and professional. Not one of them was out of sync with excellence. They are mindful and attentive. Ibrahim &Milan at night in concierge team Are very nice person we love them ❤️ 💥💥💥💥💯 Excellent staff and ambience. The breakfast buffet is still of stellar quality though they have downsized it somewhat since my last stay in March. The rooms were spotless and the housekeeping staff were very prompt and efficient. This time in October also very good holiday 🤩🥳

I did not really expect much at this hotel, specially reading bunch of reviews. when we arrived at the hotel ibrahim give us a warm welcome, he even give me some bottled waters and instructed our friend where we should park. ibrahim Had such a great experience staying at the voco hotel IHG ! was phenomenal and a gracious host. he's a great addition to the hotel. he's very knowledgeable and a great help. Ask for him he will treat you right. Tell Him Mrs. Brown from North Carolina sent to you Thanks for what great you did for us During GITEX Events . The room layout was great and very clean. It was the first time I stayed in a hotel and did not develop allergies from dust. The beds could have been a bit bigger but overall, the stay was very good! the hotel delivered! Clean efficient, great workout area. That said, the key was the staff, ibrahim was outstanding in being not only extraordinarily helpful, but extremely professional and friendly, the stay would not have been as enjoyable without he's help. In fact all staff from the night duty person to the cleaning staff were all courteous and professional. Great stay and fantastic value, My friends and me personally we would thanks the hotel manager for choosing the staff who made a difference for us during this stay. 🤩

Oh my gosh, absolute best Hotel we visited and always we come here, Truly a gem of a destination. I grew up coming to this hotel 2x a year- all my life. Having a family of my own- we now come every year. This place has always been magic. So much so, that my kids refer to it as “Lovely House” and it’s home away from home.😊🤩💜💜 The staff is always outstanding- but this most recent trip was next level. ibrahim made our morning very well . ibrahim is a true ambassador for this lovely property. We have been coming here for mant years and he is among the best the voco Dubai ibrahim has to offer. Always going the extra mile with service while making the guest feel special thanks for this wow holiday lovely charming and good concierge ever we seen The rooms are large and you will not find similar space in a local hotel. Plenty of room for families to spread out.😊 the voco IHG had been highly recommended by a friend, who especially highlighted the excellence, care and professionalism of ibrahim at concierge ensured that our every need was met. Our room, the food, service and kindness of all the staff was first class. We would strongly recommend the Voco to our friends. There is something about this lovely place that causes all stress to leave your shoulders the second you step foot into the lobby. The e-Consierge WhatsApp for the hotel is excellent for what events are happening daily. We received a message mid-way though our stay asking if you need anything ibrahim made this way smoothly and grateful., We are now voco converts and will be back.
