Brilliant staff and excellent location. We had a small wedding reception in Cleaver East and stayed in the Clarence Hotel for 2 nights. All the staff are amazing, especially Kerri-Ann in the bar. My only small quibble would be that breakfast was late on Friday and it delayed me on a hectic morning if my wedding. And on Saturday my eggs were cold. No I didn't complain because there was only one girl on her own and it wasn't a big deal

The Clarence is, in my opinion, the best hotel in Dublin. There is always a warm and genuine welcome upon arrival. The rooms are always spotless and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and varied ( best porridge in the world). I cannot recommend The Clarence enough. And yes, the location couldn’t be more convenient, right by Templebar and walking distance to all the best parts of Dublin.

What an amazing place!! Perfect Location in central Dublin and Temple Bar where you can walk to everything. The bed was super comfy and everything was just top from the softest sheets to the thickest bath towels. We chose a River view room and it could not be beat. Amazing restaurant and bar, we are already planning our return trip!

Excellent hotel, great location, fabulous walk in shower! Good bed, nice outdoor patio off bedroom! Clean, quiet and well kept. While staying modern and classy. Excellent staff, handy to all pubs, restaurants and cafes, plus shopping. Will be back!

We stayed in a deluxe room overlooking Temple Bar. The room was a refurbished one. The bed and pillows are so comfortable it’s like sleeping on a cloud. After reading other reviews I came prepared with our Loop earplugs, so the noise wasn’t an issue for us and didn’t keep us up. The Hotel is situated in a very busy area and the noise and vibrations from the music go on until the early hours of the night. The decor and style is great and we would stay again without hesitation.
