Exceptional Cigar Service by Alejandro A Highlight of Our Stay!
One of the most memorable moments during our stay at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik was the incredible cigar service provided by Alejandro. He was absolutely fantastic — helping us choose the right cigar, cutting it with precision, and lighting it with such care and professionalism. His attention to detail and genuine passion really elevated the whole experience. It felt like a VIP moment, and it’s something we’ll remember for a long time. If you’re staying at Rixos and enjoy a good cigar, definitely look for Alejandro he truly makes it special!

SUPERB RESTAURANT and FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE
Dining at the Rixos Teppanyaki restaurant was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was vibrant yet elegant, and from the moment we sat down, the service was warm, attentive, and faultless. The highlight, of course, was the chef’s performance — a perfect mix of culinary skill, showmanship, and humor. Watching the dishes come together right in front of us was not just dinner, it was theatre! Every detail was done with flair, from the dramatic knife skills to the fun interactive touches that had the whole table laughing and engaged. As for the food — simply incredible. Each course was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The ingredients were fresh, the seasoning balanced, and the variety meant there was something to delight everyone. The sizzling aromas and vibrant colors only added to the excitement. This wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience to remember. Rixos Teppanyaki combines world-class dining with first-class entertainment, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a night that’s both delicious and unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic hotel with amazing access to the sea and great activities/spa resources
Absolutely loved the Rixos Hotel. It's a fairly short walk to the Old Town but we spent most of the time in the hotel. The breakfasts offer a huge amount of variety, the poolside has steps straight down into the turquoise blue water, the spa had a great range of rooms (sauna, Turkish bath, igloo etc.). One of the highlights were the daily yoga and aquafit classes with Maria which I want to do more of when I go again next year.
