Beautiful hotel - guest profile is adisaster
A very beautiful hotel — the guest profile is a disaster. The hotel’s location and the view from the rooms are unforgettable. The food and the staff are top-class. The indoor pool is too small. The passage between the pool and the spa is cold. The hotel is 5*, but when you enter the dining room it’s a complete catastrophe. Guests come to breakfast in pajamas, barefoot, in flip-flops, taking their shoes off… disgusting. At dinner, I had the feeling I was in a hotel hosting only athletes — everyone in cheap tracksuits and sneakers. A dress code is absolutely necessary!!!

this is one of those hotels to which you will gladly return. my recommendation would be to adapt the outer part of the pool and around the pool

It was incredible nice.we liked our stay so much first time we come every month in your hotel especially in Christmas.10/10 I need to say that Shiva Paudel made us fell welcoming and his breakeast is one of the kinf.must try.

The housekeeping staff takes a great care in every aspect to keep us satisfied .. With clean .. Comfi rooms ..always ready to serve politely and quietly .. Special thanx for ' Milan puja and sabina from the housekeeping staff ..who always create beautiful art with towels .. My sons were very happy and excited about his work ..
