From the moment we checked in, we knew we were going to have a great holiday. In arrival we were presented with a glass of champagne each and given a tour of the hotel. The view from the lobby bar is stunning full of coastline and sea. We stayed in a sea view premium room, which had plenty of space for the three of us. There was a cot that had been made up for our 1 year old, together with a mini towel robe. Our bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made a lot of fuss of our 1 year old. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superb with everything you could think of for a breakfast. I would like to give a special mention for Mehmet, who was very attentive and could not do more for us when we saw him in the restaurant or round the pool. He was always keen to make sure our daughter was ok, bringing her fruit and generally making a fuss. One small negative was the temperature of the inside pool, this seemed to fluctuate between warm and freezing, there was no consistency. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will return.

Stayed for 3 nights prior to boarding a cruise. The staff make this 5 star resort and absolute pleasure to stay. All were helpful and courteous and went the extra effort to make our stay perfect. We experienced a slight problem with the room and immediately they upgraded us to a suite. The hotel is walking distance to the old city and well serviced by the local bus route. The outside facilities are immaculate and the spa facilities an absolute treat! Breakfast is high quality buffet. Avoid the in house dining particularly the Teppanyaki restaurant as it is hideously over priced for the average quality of the meal.

The hotel location is excellent and is within easy walking to the old town. Sea View rooms have awesome views and a large balcony. Excellent amenities - on site restaurant with rotating cuisine from around the globe, pool and cabanas. Very helpful staff with great attitude. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed at the Rixos hotel in Dubrovnik for a week for a short holiday. Our rating: downright excellent in just about all aspects. Excellent service (reception, airport transport, restaurant and all conceivable facilities). The staff was very helpful, and the contacts beforehand (via email) and during our stay were very smooth and professional. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority here. A big congratulations to the friendliness and efficiency of all the staff we came into contact with. And... last but not least: Dubrovnik is more than worth a visit of a few days.

It was a wonderful stay, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is beautiful. It's close to the old town, only about 15/20 minutes walk away. I'll definitely be looking to stay again, Dubrovnik is amazing and the hotel itself was lovely.
