Wonderful stay!
Had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The amenities were excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the central location was very convenient. Breakfast was delicious and set us up perfectly for the day. Highly recommended!

Bad Experience
I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, but booked this hotel through a travel agent. I was never told that I would receive none of my member benefits or room credit for my stay. To add insult to injury, even though I prepaid for the hotel stay, they charged my personal credit card I have on file with them two additional times. I called their front desk, and they said they didn't charge my personal credit card, but the charges are clearly there. They were of no help in removing these charges, and I am still in the process of disputing these charges.

Excellent location and service.
We stayed here for four days while visiting Edinburgh and it could not have been more convenient. The Club Rooms were well worth the additional charge and we highly recommend them. Two of our rooms faced the castle and the view was spectacular. It was also very close to Princess Gardens and public transportation. The spa experience is unique and worth a try. Our spa day was interrupted by a fire alarm and we didn't get reimbursed which was unfortunate.

Amazing stay with stunning views of Edinburgh Castle!
We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand. It was my Mum’s birthday the day we arrived, and the staff decorated the room for her and surprised her with a cake and card. We also had the most stunning view of Edinburgh Castle which meant we could watch the New Years Eve fireworks from the comfort of our room. By booking this room we had access to the Club Lounge which had a great selection of food and drinks. Location wise it’s a bit out from Edinburgh CBD but great if you want to visit Edinburgh Castle and the Old Town. I would definitely stay here again!
