Gorgeous room with exceptional views
The balcony room is definitely worth paying extra for, amazing views of the castle and city from above, with a nice little bistro set to sit a take it all in. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud and the room overall was spotless. Couldn’t ask for more. I didn’t want to use any of the bar or dining facilities so can’t comment on those.

An absolute delight of a visit. Felt like home, staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. Everything was taken care of promptly. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Food was good and location brilliant.

From the day we arrived we were welcomed with top notch hospitality.!! We arrived early and to my surprise our room was ready. Ambiance is welcoming staff is amiable. Exceptional service and attention to detail 5/5. Now for the restaurant and lounge 5/5 Commons Club did not disappoint, recommend 7 days a week and twice on a Sunday.

An extraordinary hotel
This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The room design is innovative, cool and exceptionally functional as well. The entrance areas have an extraordinary vibe that makes you just want to hang out in some of the spaces. I can't recommend this hotel enough.
