Excellent Stay with a Perfect Location and Warm Hospitality
The hotel met our expectations in every way. Its location is excellent—you can walk everywhere. The cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast, everything was very nice. If I were to visit again, would I stay there? Yes, definitely. They also have an amazing terrace, which I’m sure is even better in good weather. Among the staff, I would especially like to thank Ms. Gamze. Her helpfulness, warm attitude, friendly smile, and her recommendations for both a comfortable stay and places to visit made us feel very satisfied. We never felt like strangers. Many thanks again.

Rude service
They are not in the business of hospitality at all. We arrived early from airport around 9 am and were not given a room until 2:45 pm. No estimated time given if room would be available early. If you approached the front desk staff they were openly irritated . Interesting design of hotel, but not worth the money for the poor service. The hotel is downtown so quite noisy at night. The food at the hotel was mediocre.

Overall a great place to stay but check out the menu first!
Fantastic staff as always (our second visit) but the great disappointment was the Commons Club restaurant as the menu has changed from fine dining to a brassiere style, not our kind of food and as we booked especially for the food as it was we won’t be returning to eat there. The rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds but it was cold for us, we’re not young and need the heat especially my hubby who is not very mobile. The library is well stocked with great books and I loved this aspect.

Outstanding stay in the heart of Edinburgh
It was flawless, from the pre arrival check in, to the ease of use for the app. I was especially welcomed with a personalised card and sweet treats on arrival. My daughter loves room service, as she always feel 'very celeb' and your room service team member was so lovely, friendly and accommodating. We loved the room so much I struggled to have my daughter leave! It was overall outstanding, and we hope to visit again soon!
