Perfect Virgin Service
The location and service set this hotel apart from others. From the valet parking, to the concierge, to reception, to cleaners everyone was professional and friendly and warmly welcoming of our two dogs. Two beautiful tartan dog beds, two towels, two rugs, 3 bowls all in the room for them. The terrace had a fabulous view across to the castle

Our stay at Virgin Hotels Edinburgh was nothing short of magical, truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. This trip marked our first weekend away together and my partner’s first time in Edinburgh, and from the very beginning, the team made it feel incredibly special. The level of personal care and attention to detail was outstanding, and we genuinely felt like valued guests rather than just another booking. A special thank you to Jamie, whose warmth, professionalism, and thoughtful communication before and during our stay elevated the entire experience. From room considerations to thoughtful in-room touches, everything felt curated with care, the kind of service that makes you feel both relaxed and spoiled. Don't waste your money
It was awful do not stay in the eve suite ! Half of the stuff is broken and it's freezing cold I'm trying to seek a refund but virgin arent responding sta in a premier inn instead it's better value and cleaner . Ada and Keith the welcome staff are the only saving grace

Absolute unbelievable Hotel. All the staff (and I mean all) are so friendly. There's nothing they won't do for you, all with a smile on their face. Zac in reception will do you anything, even from room service 😁 we will deffo be back. From Rob (the Geordie)
