Outstanding in every way. Did not want to leave . Spectacular views , luxury rooms and great service . Everything is made as easy as possible for guests. The Kempinski did not fail for luxury .recommend room with terrace so you can sit and enjoy the views . It’s breathtaking.

Great service
We sat on the Terrace and ordered Aprerol Spritz when the rain came! Marcin came over with an umbrella and asked if we wanted to go in which when it didn’t stop we did. Inside was a super bar where we enjoyed the rest of our time there. Thank you to Marcin for making our visit so special.

Such a special town and the Kempinski Palace was perfect for our family trip!! Loved the spacious room, enjoyed the food and the great location. Visiting Mount Titlis was a great experience for young and old. Some of our family experienced para gliding in the Alps!!
