Beautiful upscale hotel centrally located close to everything you need. Spacious rooms and excellent service. The only issue I/we had was when taking a shower the bathtub is extremely slippery so need to be extra careful. I had an accident, slipped and fell. I made them aware of the problem and hope they correct this to avoid injuries. That said, Highly recommend!

This hotel looks amazing from outside, but inside, it is a real disappointment from the staff members to the rooms. The room given to me was just so old, noisy and dirty, that it was unacceptable to sleep in. Dust, stains, dirt, electronic issues,… a shame for a 5 star hotel. No attention in the rooms, and the equipment is not even modern. The staff does not pay any attention to customers, not even a hello when they see us. The quality of the breakfast is really very bad. The staff is badly organized and the room very unpleasant and too small. Once again, a shame for the price and a 5 star hotel.

Ended our 6 weeks Europe road trip with 3 days at Steigenberger Icon Frankfurt Hof. Beautiful hotel and tremendous staff. Nice location near Old Town and Main River. Great breakfast buffet each morning. I Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staffing in Frankfurt..

Room dining was limited and order taking was not as I asked for. It took a day to fix the English speaking TV channels. A/C was not working so I had to move to another room. Housekeeping was bad and when I called to complain they hang up on me. I called manager on duty to let her know my experience with housekeeping but she didn’t do much. Some staff were rude and some were very helpful.

Awesome room with delux shower and bath we enjoyed both. Great bar, Lovely building. Our last day in Europe and this hotel begged us to stay longer. Good recommendations to go to old town for an authentic dining experience. I loved the use of cocobolo high gloss laminate on all woodwork surfaces including doors. Veri chic
