La Reserve Geneve Hotel, Spa and Villa

We spent one night at La Réserve with my wife and our two daughters, and it was simply amazing. The suite with direct garden access was beautiful and peaceful. The pool was a hit with the kids, and dinner at the Loti was a real highlight. Huge thanks to Tassadit, Abder, Kelly, and the whole Loti team for the warm and flawless service. We made great memories and can’t wait to come back!

Every bit of the stay was wonderful, the location is great (it isn’t in the city centre, but very accessible), the hotel also provides a wonderful speedboat service to and from the centre of town! The breakfast terrace overlooks the lake and is very peaceful. Rooms are on the smaller side, but very well equipped. Although what really makes the difference is how helpful the staff is. Tian was exceptionally well informed and courteous, and ensured that the stay was up to our liking. The restaurants are very good and efficient too!

3 wonderful days lucky withe weather. Lodge atmosphère,very nice decoration, room very confortable, could support more light in the evening. Not full sound proof, we could hear next room hairdryer. Great service ; great pool with access to lake for a swin. Major advantage :boat shuttle to Geneva center.

outdated decoration, need to be refurnished. Gym machines are old. Bed was on wheels, not stable at all and noisy

I very much enjoyed my stay at La Reserve - Geneve. There were so many beautiful details - beautiful gardens, outdoor swimming pool, signature scent in the lobby, wonderful and relaxing breakfast, fun restaurant and bar including guest bar tender event. Lovely spacious guest rooms with amenities like mandarin oranges, chocolates, wine, writing materials, and porch or balcony with views. Above all, it was the people who made my stay. Christophe, the Chief Concierge, and the bell men made me feel like family.
