Beau Rivage is a true 5 star hotel and experience
Our great experience began before we arrived. The concierge responded to our emails promptly with recommendations and arrangements. Upon arrival the guest reception staff was extremely professional and the process efficient and personalized. They escorted us to our room and oriented us. Every morning the breakfast was great. All the food preparations were 5 star. The wait staff was very professional. The French toast was amazing. Our room was clean and up to 5 star standards. The hotel location is excellent and the check out process great. The concierge facilitated the transfer our large bags by Swiss rail to our next destination. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Unforgettable Experience to discover the Town
The stay was an incredible experience. I came 3 hours earlier and i could already checked in. My room had a beautiful view to the lake and it had a comfort Style. All the staff were really friendly and hospitality. I would like to mention Fiona, she is the Front Office Managerin and her hospitality was stunning! A big Thank You to her. She made me welcome and a feeling of home :D The Breakfast aswell was amazing and delicious!

And again... PERFECT from start to finish!
When a hotel lives up to my expectations i say it's great. But when a hotel i consistently visit continues each time to exceed those expectations i know i am back "home" at the Hotel Beau-Rivage, Geneve. As I'm not always so organized with my booking details I relied once again on Louis the reception manager to organize my stay. As always his communication was as exemplary as it was elegant. What was apparent to me from the moment i arrived and: • a new doorman introduced himself; • Guillaume the concierge was waiting for me at the top of the stairs to say welcome back (after having emailed me a few days earlier only to ask if there was anything he could do for me before I arrived); • when I received a warm and personal greeting by name at reception, is that this hotel truly values me as a guest. The personal treatment continued in every aspect of my stay. The housekeeping staff was great; Marco and his team in the bar and dining room were terrific as always. All of this to say it's a great hotel and even a better experience.
