Dear Beau Rivage Geneva! From the first step you can feel the quality and fantastic atmosphere at this legendary building. Everybody is so polite and very gentle. We spend a great time at this beautiful hotel. Restaurant is awesome. Breakfast perfect. Location is best! I was with my family and everybody is very happy. Of course will come back soon. Special thanks to Mr.Alexis and Madam Maly. They upgraded us to a wonderful rooms with amazing views. Concierge team Mr.Raphael Mr.Jonathan Mr.William and Madam Clara they are really professionals. Beau Rivage is a true 5 star hotel and experience
Our great experience began before we arrived. The concierge responded to our emails promptly with recommendations and arrangements. Upon arrival the guest reception staff was extremely professional and the process efficient and personalized. They escorted us to our room and oriented us. Every morning the breakfast was great. All the food preparations were 5 star. The wait staff was very professional. The French toast was amazing. Our room was clean and up to 5 star standards. The hotel location is excellent and the check out process great. The concierge facilitated the transfer our large bags by Swiss rail to our next destination. I can highly recommend this hotel.
