Not 5 star hotel
The hotel room looks older then in the picture. No carpets in the room so you hear every step from all the people. No coffee machine. Only 4 socket in the room and 3 of them are used for the lamps. It looks like 4+hotel.

Beautiful hotel!
This is a wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful well kept property and great location. The food was amazing. We stayed twice during our visit because it was so exceptional. Highly recommend.

The hotel has a refined fin-de-siecle Art Nouveau style. Centrally located.
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Genoa. Its location allows you to reach many points of interest. Upon entering, you are immediately surprised by a refined fin-de-siecle Art Nouveau style. The rooms are furnished with antique and elegant furnishings. It has a lovely elegance, accented by its signature elliptical staircase that seems to spiral up into suspended space. The continental breakfast offers a wide selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bathrooms in the rooms probably need an update, some of them still don't have a bidet.

Our room at the Bristol Palace was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy walks to the sites in the historical quarter.
