Excellent. Thoroughly recommend.
A lovely hotel (once we found it!). From the doorman through to reception and the restaurant every staff member was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The stairs are a wonder to behold. We ate at the restaurant several times and they could not have been more accommodating in relation to a food intolerance. In fact Jorge was particularly good and very knowledgeable about the wines. Really cannot praise him enough. We did struggle to find it in our hire car but that was our problem, not the hotels.

Bristol Palace, a fabulous Hotel.
The Bristol Palace Hotel in Genoa is truly a fantastic hotel dating back to 1905, still preserving its romantic décor from that era. Don’t miss the stunning staircase that runs from bottom to top, which is truly a work of art. The staff really understand what it means to pamper guests and are extremely friendly. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the evening and it’s was delicious. and honestly couldn’t find a single thing to criticize. We would love to return to this delightful hotel. The value for money is excellent

Wonderful experience in a beautiful hotel
We stayed with friends for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was also lovely. However, the TV could have been of better quality, and the shower would have been improved if there hadn’t been so much water leaking outside the tub. I requested a cake with a candle to celebrate my friend's birthday during breakfast, and it was arranged in a lovely manner. The breakfast itself was delightful, and both the breakfast room and the outdoor space have a wonderful ambiance. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely return.

A real treat.
Beautiful old world hotel in perfect location in the centre of Genoa, a short walking distance to the main square all the main sites. Our rooms were on the top floor with fantastic view of the hotel’s magnificent staircase. Rooms are comfortable with Juliette balconies looking over the cities rooftops. Bathrooms are small but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and friendly attentive staff. Also has a lovely bar area, excellent cocktails and friendly barman. Loved this hotel.

Wonderful stay
My wife and I had a wonderful experience. We had a beautiful guest room with nice decor and a balcony with a view of the beautiful city architecture and the downtown piazza. Location is very good. Service is friendly and prompt.
