Unique experience
The hotel is like the name let us assume, its a palace with palace like big rooms and very comfortable beds, Everything is treated with care. And surprisingly our room was upgraded. The breakfast is amazing in terms of quality and variety of food you can pick. But most of all the staff is unique. We had a little problem with our car and the staff spend a lot of time to fix our problem. Thanks a lot. We definitely will return to your place next time we are in Genua.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Bristol Palace. Location in perfect. Staff is nice, friendly, helpfull. Rooms are beautifull. Bed is perfect. Breakfast really mmmm good! Recommended!!

After a long trip, this hotel was a god send. Lovely room at a good price.

The perfect stay
Everything was perfect. The location within an easy walk to and from many of the sites, the attention to detail (cleanliness, comfort, breakfast) in the hotel itself, the valet parking was quick, and most importantly the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We came with our dog and he was made very welcome too. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again on future trips to Genoa which is by the way an amazing place.
