Reviews for Hotel Bristol Palace
Probably worst value 5-star ever
Great location in one of the main shopping streets. That about it what this hotel has going for it. Tiny rooms are basic, bed is hard and you hear constant traffic noise through the leaking windows. Bathroom is dirty and water in the shower doesn’t drain. Staff is clueless and guides you to wrong places, acts defensive when confronted. There has to be better options on Genoa.

Great hotel, great location
Great location: my daughter loved the shopping, and we all loved exploring the Caruggi which is close and full of history, great food and fun shops. The hotel is perfectly located, close to museums and the theatre. (Genova is a totally gem.) Wonderful staff. Spacious rooms with high ceilings. Comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast. Gorgeous staircase. Great old hotel that feels recently renovated and very comfortable.

Unique experience
The hotel is like the name let us assume, its a palace with palace like big rooms and very comfortable beds, Everything is treated with care. And surprisingly our room was upgraded. The breakfast is amazing in terms of quality and variety of food you can pick. But most of all the staff is unique. We had a little problem with our car and the staff spend a lot of time to fix our problem. Thanks a lot. We definitely will return to your place next time we are in Genua.
