Wonderful stay. Rooms are spacious. Feels like you are in an Italian villa. Hotel staff is friendly and front desk is knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Hotel bar was fun. Breakfast was too notch. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend

Business trip turned family trip! This place was as charming as the city. The location cannot be beat. From the attentive desk staff, (thank you Matteo for your knowledge and great recommendations), to the great bar staff and best bartender, Mavi, all made our stay enjoyable and exceptional. The breakfast buffet did not disappoint. If I had to make any suggestions, it would be to have USB ports in the rooms for international travelers. Also, a superior or more variety of red wine by the glass would have been nice in the bar. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! ❤️

my wife and I appreciated our visit to Genova and our stay at the Bristol Palace. The location is perfect for the excellent shopping in the city. Staff were attentive and friendly with a top professional approach. the bar is very charming. The staiirs are very dramatic and attracive. our room were comfortable and pleasant. I would recommend staying at the bristol palace without any hesitation.

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting Genoa. Great hotel with a very original staircase. Rooms are not too large, but clean and very comfortable. Water pressure and plumbing worked great, what else do we really need? :) front desk personnel was pretty responsive and worked out pretty well for us.

We felt welcome from the moment we walked in and were greeted by Matteo. Perfect English and very personable. The rooms are SPOTLESS and the furnishings seem palatial. Big windows that open for fresh air at night. Super comfy beds with lots of pillows. Breakfast was a treat with coffee made to specific order. Lots of choices, though the eggs did not thrill. First rate pastries and plenty of protein on offer. All breakfast staff were great, but Hussein went above and beyond every day in both efficiency and friendly attitude. Location is perfect within a 20 minute walk of almost all tourist sights. We can only dream of Staying again one day.
