Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou

We stayed at Four Seasons Guangzhou from June 28–29 and had a lovely experience. The view from our room was amazing, especially at night. Big thank you to Sue, the guest experience manager, for her kindness and the cute Four Seasons plushies such a thoughtful surprise. Everything felt smooth and relaxed. Service was great, though we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Would happily stay again.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Everything was perfect. The hotel's design is so stunning. Spacious bathroom, comfy bed with a soft pillow so different from another hotel. The room is luxurious as expected from a Four Seasons hotel. The view from the room is also close to the Canton Tower. It’s so beautiful that I can't describe it, especially at night. What is more special than the beauty of the hotel is the lovely staff. I remember all of them. ‘Jaydan’, who checked me in was patient and attentive. 'Aria’ at the front desk is beneficial to me a lot.   In the room, I had some issues with hot water in the Bathroom. The housekeeper's name Evelyn is helpful in trying to solve it for me quickly. Another person who impressed me a lot was Dan Ting. I left my glasses in the room and there were my fingerprints on them, which were not very clean. When I went out and came back, I found that she had placed a cleaning cloth under my glasses with a card that was written with great care. She is so sweet.  I've stayed at many hotels and have never encountered anything like this. It was very unexpected. And that night I went to drink at the 99th floor Tian bar. There was a perfect view, a nice bar, and tasty drinks. The staff named 'Sky' was attentive and took care of us. He did a great job. On Sunday morning we went to the restaurant for breakfast. All the staff were friendly. The only thing was that I ordered three main dishes with tea. After half an hour I followed up and only got one dish and the restaurant had time to be close but that is understandable as I came quite late and there were quite a few guests. Anyway! Thanks to 'Helson Piao' for the polite and considerate apology. He brings the delicious dessert for us. Bread Toast was so yummy. When I was leaving, the bellboy’s name 'Solo' was helpful and polite. All the staff treated us as if they were well-serviced minds and trained. Staying here was a great memory. I will recommend it to everyone. It is the best hotel in Guangzhou.

Yes its expensive, but oh, what a great hotel. Service levels are stratospheric, genuine Chinese friendly, well trained, caring staff. I was only there 2 nights, but left feeling that I was leaving family behind. A truly great Four Seasons!!

great hotel wonderful stay, restaurant is tasty and service is great. I was there with my family and we enjoyed every moment since we arrived. I would highly recommend this hotel to any upcoming travelers to guangzhou and you will for sure have a great stay.

Beautiful hotel lovely decor nice spacious rooms and absolutely lovely staff very warm, friendly and welcoming! I travelled with young children one and a three year-old and they were very accommodating at breakfast even though they didn’t serve oat porridge. The chef made the bowl each morning. The cleaning of the room was fantastic. They stocked everything and gave extra of everything and I loved how they gave little kids, shampoo and conditioner, soap as well as a dental kit. Upon my arrival in the room there was also a prayer mat and a Quran as they had taken note that we are Muslim which was very considerate.
