It may look pretty but service is NONE existent maybe a five star hotel with 1 star service
Worst Hotel experience I have ever had from a 5 star hotel - Service is none existent, they ignore your requests, They are not helpful at all. Food is terrible. I have had better service from 3 start hotels. I would not recommend them to anyone. You expect better form a 5 star hotel but they do not deliver. I put htis down to live and learn but will never stay there there again!

Premier room with a nice view of the Guangzhou Tower
Stayed at the 93rd floor Premier Room with a very good view of the Guangzhou Tower. Good layout of the room to offer wide angle view of the Pearl River and surrounding. Very unique architecture of the building. Excellent service and friendly staffs at the club lounge.

Amazing service, top notch hotel
Excellent service and a great view. One of the best service by a receptionist ever! We have travelled the world and stayed in many top hotels - the Four Seasons Guangzhou ranks as one of the best. Hedy from reception was attention and so very helpful - always checking in via WhatsApp to make sure we were ok. Top notch

It was a wonderful stay that I had in the hotel. The spacious room and the view are sublime, the service is what one could dream of, both welcoming and pleasant. Everything is perfect. I thank Leo for his professionalism and efficiency and who made my stay unforgettable and wonderful. As well as Shirley who was exceptional and provided perfect service and who made your stay very pleasant. It is always with joy that I book at the Four Seasons Hotel in Guangzhou and I recommend this exceptional, comfortable and welcoming hotel and I will obviously come again.
