The staff at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa truly exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We’ve traveled extensively around the world, but we’ve never experienced such exceptional service at PH Maldives Hadahaa. We’re already missing everyone there! We visited Bora Bora and compared the reefs. PH Hyatt Maldives boasts a much more accessible reef with a vast array of house reefs that you can easily jump from your over-water villa or jetty. We’re excited about our next visit to PH Maldives! Abby, our personal host, you’re incredibly genuine and helpful! Your efforts made our stay at PH Maldives feel like a warm and welcoming home. Executive Chef Dave is incredibly down-to-earth and approachable. he is also very attentive to our opinions and feedback. We had such a wonderful experience, feeling like we were truly welcomed and valued at every stop!

Outstanding resort, excellent house reef, truly beautiful and clean grounds. The staff members are very friendly, helpful, and take excellent care of every guest. They do everything possible to fulfill their every wish. The Dhoni deserves special mention: Estii, Rouku and Robin made our stay at the Park Hyatt truly special. They organized amazing games—both on the beach and inside the Dhoni. It became our son's favorite place, and he learned so many wonderful new things from the trio :-). Many thanks to Eid, he organized our stay perfectly and took care of all our needs. A special thank also to Speedy for his wonderful sauce and to Mully and Bittu. Very kind people which made our stay at the Park Hyatt special. We are already looking forward to our return to this very beautiful living island.

The island is beautiful and an absolute dream. The 360 degree reef is unique. The villas are wonderfully furnished. The food is really excellent and the service also for a 5*+ hotel absolutely outstanding. Special thanks to the Food & Beverage Manager Kartikeya Nischol and his team for making the difference!!! Although the weather was not so good at times, it was a fantastic holiday, how to imagine a stay in paradise! We want to go back!!!

I rarely write reviews - I have only one since being a registered Tripadvisor member since 2013. However, I felt the need to leave one for Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa to share our perfect 15-day experience. My wife and I have been to Maldives seven times together and have been to this resort once before for our honeymoon in 2019. The resort is one of the oldest in Maldives, but it still retains its beauty and has been well maintained. The beach here is the perfect combination of powdery white sand and awe-inspiring turquoise waters. Based on our experiences, the mosquito situation here is a lot more manageable compared to other islands. This is a high-priority for me personally since my blood is a magnet for them. But what truly sets this resort apart from others is the staff. All team members we interacted were highly competent, but there were several who surpassed our expectations: Lemon: Lemon was our host during the entire two-week stay and she found the perfect balance between anticipating our needs and allowing us to wander off on our own. She took the initiative to install a faster internet connection so I would get some data-intensive work that I needed to get done. Another memorable moment (among many) was sending random dragon fruits to our villa as Lemon saw how much my wife loved it. She is a superb team member and I can't put enough words to describe what a wonderful addition she is to the resort. Nabil: As soon as we got off the boat, Nabil noticed how heavy my backpack was and offered to carry it all the way to our villa. He's friendly and unassuming, and it was only later that I learned he was the Guest Relations Manager. I love that everyone is so service-oriented, that the managers and staff all blend together as a cohesive team. Kartikeya: Kartik introduced himself to us on the second day and provided a few wonderful surprises throughout the two weeks that delighted us. He's a solid F&B director that made our 8-year wedding anniversary all the more memorable. Davide: Davide was a proactive executive chef who reached out to all dining guests to ask how things were and what could be better. We developed a relationship and at one point, talked about how much we enjoyed fungi pizza in Italy (where he's from) and joked that it would be great if a helicopter came to Maldives and dropped one off. While no helicopter ever came, we did receive a custom-made mushroom pizza one evening based on our exchange. One other item we asked about was this truffled egg that was available at other Park Hyatts (e.g. PH Abu Dhabi, PH Dubai, PH Vienna), and while it wasn't offered as a regular item at this resort, he had the ingredients available and made it for us during multiple breakfasts. Sangita: Sangita is a wonderful staff member who I recalled was working here in 2019. We went to the bar every evening and she is always so friendly and accommodating. She remembered our food preferences after the first night and we never had to remind or mention it to her again. Additionally, and I don't know who exactly to credit for this, is that my wife mentioned a particular cereal she loved when we were here previously. It honestly tasted like cardboard to me, but she's obsessed with it. They no longer carry this as a breakfast item, but they located a box in Male and had it flown in the next day! You should see the look on my wife's face when she munched on it every morning... Globalists receive great recognition here. This resort meets all Globalists benefits as advertised and then goes beyond that. For example, as Globalists, you'll be upgraded from a "Beach Villa" to a "Beach Pool Villa" if space is available (I recommend people to stay on the beach vs an overwater villa by the way, because you get direct beach access and everything is more convenient to your location, especially if this isn't your first time to Maldives). However, we were pleasantly surprised to have been bumped up to "Deluxe Beach Pool Villa" for the second half of our stay. It's PHENOMENAL. My wife loved the expansive pool and private cabana. The cabana came in handy because we had several days of rain during our stay. It made the bad weather more enjoyable. We didn't expect this generous of an upgrade (and don't expect it in the future), but it was one of the highlights of this trip. We've stayed at hundreds of hotels and resorts and have top-tier elite status with a few hotel chains. What makes Hyatt properties our primary (and preferred) choice is the consistency of how well the company executes on the consistency of the brand and the recognition/treatment of their elite members. Park Hyatt's slogan is "Luxury is personal", and at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa, you can actually feel it. It's tangible. This isn't corporate lingo - we truly felt this throughout our 15-night stay. The team at Park Hyatt has over-delivered and exceeded expectations far beyond what can reasonably be expected. In fact, we have already made plans to go back in the coming months!
