Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten

This hotel offers a comfortable and traditional ambiance in an excellent location. The lobby and rooms were impressive, but the initial greeting was disappointing. I was informed that no room was available until 3 pm, despite my Platinum All status. There was no empathy or attempt to check the availability, and I was not recognized for my status. The breakfast was pleasant, but the scrambled eggs took an unusually long time to cook, and we had to follow up a couple of times to get them. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but the service could be improved.

Unser Aufenthalt im Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten war von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute ein echtes Erlebnis auf höchstem Niveau. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich vom Wagenmeister begrüßt, der sich sofort um unser Gepäck kümmerte. Der anschließende Check-in war geprägt von echter Gastfreundschaft – mit einem persönlichen „Willkommen zurück“, das uns direkt das Gefühl von Zuhause vermittelte. Unser Deluxe Double Zimmer mit Alsterblick war traumhaft schön. Auf dem Zimmer erwarteten uns eine liebevoll handgeschriebene Willkommenskarte sowie ein kleines Amenity – eine Geste, die wir sehr geschätzt haben. Der Housekeeping-Service während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war makellos. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir die kleinen Details: herumliegende Ladekabel wurden sorgfältig zusammengebunden, und zu unseren Sonnenbrillen wurden Brillenputztücher gelegt – eine Aufmerksamkeit, die in Erinnerung bleibt. Ein weiteres Highlight war unser Abend im GRILL Restaurant, der kulinarisch wie atmosphärisch auf ganzer Linie überzeugte. Ebenso begeistert hat uns der Besuch der Dachterrasse: Bei strahlendem Sonnenschein, ausgezeichnetem Service und einer erfrischenden Getränkewahl haben wir den Moment in vollen Zügen genossen. Die entspannte und gleichzeitig elegante Atmosphäre der Dachterrasse verdient besondere Erwähnung. Was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich besonders machte, war die ausnahmslose Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Überall wurden wir mit einem Lächeln begrüßt – herzlich, professionell und authentisch. Verbesserungspotential? Fehlanzeige. Wir können das Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten uneingeschränkt jedem empfehlen, der besonderen Wert auf Stil, Herzlichkeit und höchste Qualität legt.

I am often a guest of the hotel, either for dinner at Grill, Nikke Nine, and had also few overnight staying when my parents come visit and I can say always had great experience and enjoy very much everytime. Unfortunately cannot say same for the afternoon tea experience of yesterday. My friends reserve months in advance and although out general experience was nice, few remarks here: once noticing that in the table there were a no German speaker, I was very surprised the ladies assigned to assist us were not able to speak English; they forgot to serve us the black tea selection so that our tea journey was not complete; before the end of our time slot they rushed us to leave ad they needed extra time to prepare the table; they pack our remains of the food in paper boxes which we had to carry ourselves upstairs. For such establishment I would expect differrently. Hopefully next time

Obviously a great hotel with an exceptional focus on servicing the guests. Very much attention on you the guest and the hotel is beautiful and cosy. The fitness area is above par offering cold towels, bottled water and even headsets in case you forgot your own. Machines are top shelf. Why only the three stars then? I would say everything was just as expected at this level and price.

Otelin mimarisi ise başlı başına bir görsel şölen; gerçekten etkileyici bir tasarıma sahip. Restoranın başarısı ise 2024 Michelin ödülüyle taçlandırılmış, bu ödül kesinlikle yerinde bir tercih olmuş.”
