About the Hotel
Perched on the banks of the Inner Alster Lake in the urban heart of Hamburg, it would appear the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten has always been the regal resort it is today. It actually started as a small house purchased in 1897 by Friedrich Haerlin, who over the years added a gala reception hall – now the Wohnhalle tea room – the Art Deco Jahreszeiten restaurant, and a namesake restaurant that today garners two Michelin stars. The property was renovated and air conditioned in 2009, and rooms retain touches of individuality in their rich traditional décor.

World class hotel.
Stunning building by Alster.Friendly attentive reception staff.Beautiful lobby and room,overlooking lake.A truly great experience staying there.Very expensive but worth it.Had dinner in Grill,top service and food,also breakfast excellent.Receptionist Jolene very attentive an friendly,waitress at dinner same,to name a few,but all good. All in all a fabulous hotel.

Exceeded Expectations!
Extremely clean, well staffed and very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the gym was the best decorated and fully equipped 5-star gym I have seen. They take care of everything. My son forgot his contact case and one was immediately provided. It was truly a 5 star experience. Also, I had the best massage I have ever had at the Fairmont. Great stay. Thank you.

Fabulous stay
I like the friendly and warm atmosphere of this hotel. Staff made you feel like the family. Hotel itself was good with modern facilities and room was clean. The staff work so hard to provide outstanding customer service. Will come to stay again when I travel again

Vier Jahreszeiten hotel must be the best hotel in Hamburg This is as top class hotel located well in central with easy access to every where. What additionally made the stay special was the friendly nature of the entire team. We were greeted with a smile – warm, professional and authentic.
