I had an absolutely amazing experience.
I had a great experience at Fontaney. Very good welcoming. The food was delicious and the spa treatment were top notch. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend During my stay , one of the Room Cleaners was exceptional nice and helpful. Please let her know I really appreciate her assistance. Very kind gir. She did a very good Job. Super location and service by the lake
Fabulous location by the lake. The restaurant has a smart terrace area where we had drinks. ( unfortunately we had already eaten ) Yes, it is pricey but the service is impeccable, the location is beautiful and it was the perfect place to stop and enjoy drinks in the sunshine.

Modern design, green gardens and flowers, bright minimal rooms with fantastic view (even the ones that do not overlook the lake). Quiet location, amazing breakfast room with very tastefull and healthy choices. Very helpfull staff, especially all the people who work at the Concierge Desk. I would like to thank publically Mrs. Nina and Mrs. Carina for all their help, advises and support during our stay. They had solutions for every problem!! Hotel is a must if you travel to Hamburg. In one word "Amazing"
