Very good option, close to the center and to the docks. The room was spacefully and elegant. The bed was really comfortanle. The only think I did not like was the bathroom whith the sink outside and no free water. Good breakfast with high variety of sweet and salty.

Great hotel - Check in was friendly and welcoming. Received voucher to the bar for a welcome drink. Great experience and great atmosphere and professional service. The room was comfortable and the minibar was a standout. Fantastically appointed and worth choosing the hotel for. Definitely recommendable.

We were impressed by how nicely appointed our room was. Very elegant and comfortable. Our room had a nice view to the waterway. Breakfast was very good including eggs benedict and a variety of juices, pastries, fruit, etc. Hotel is quite interesting. Location is great - a short walk to Miniature Wunderland.

Had an excellent christmas vacation at the hotel? staff were very helpfull polite. Hotel was decorated very stylish. Room was lovely had the one with bath in the room. Breakfast was lovely to. But the menu was in German got the drift with some of the things, are fault coming out of the EU? Hotel situated perfectly to all the tourist places. By minature world ,Boat trips , red light district. We booked a private transfere to and from hotel? no promblem at all.

fantastic hotel! super service, very helpful reception, very nice rooms, excellent breakfast, very well situated in walking distance to many of the "must see" sights in the center of Hamburg. highly recommendable.
