Hangzhou at its best
On the shores of West Lake, the location is unparalleled—simply fantastic—and invites a leisurely round trip along the Su Causeway and its surroundings. And the hotel itself! A dreamlike place, with its beautiful gardens, magnificent buildings, and enchanting pavilions. Indescribable. The rooms are comfortable and completely silent. In the lobby, the guzheng is played live every afternoon, providing the perfect tone for the hotel’s perfect atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. For dinner, we tried Jin Sha, which serves traditional Chinese cuisine. It is important to note that the staff has an excellent command of English. My only regret is not having stayed longer

Amazing experience at four season west lake hotel
My stay at the Four Seasons was truly an exceptional experience. I would like to sincerely thank the reception team for their warm welcome and outstanding professionalism from the moment I arrived — they made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. A special thank you to the concierge lady for her exceptional service, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist with every request. I would also like to express my appreciation to the room attendant for the beautiful handwritten messages and thoughtful gifts, which were such a lovely touch and will remain cherished memories of my stay. Best hotel in Hangzhou
This has been the best hotel I have stayed at, it is a little expensive but it was well worth it. The staff are super helpful and you get so many extras. The Jin Sha restaurant is also very good as well. Highly recommended.

The hotel is out of this world. Being so close to the lake and near the botanical garden, the location is great for people who love greenery. The hotel staff is exemplary in their service. They are so helpful and always speak with a smile. Facilities such as pool and the breakfast is great! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect Stay by the West Lake — Exceptional Service and Serenity
I stayed at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake from October 5th to 8th, 2025, sharing a twin room with a friend. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort’s location near West Lake and major attractions made it both peaceful and convenient. The gardens, swimming pool, and spa are absolutely beautiful and create a feeling of calm luxury. The service was exceptional, with every detail thoughtfully handled. The staff were attentive and kind, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. A special thanks to Lulu Liu for making everything perfect and ensuring our time at the resort was unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!
