Amazing stay
We had a amazing stay here. Both the Italian and Chinese cuisine are great, especially the Chinese. Also, any staff we encountered treated us so well and gave us the best experience. Special thanks to our room attendant Clark for the cute gift. We loved it!

Beautiful Property, But Not the Best Value
Beautiful vintage setting, great food and amazing gardens. Not great value for money at the price point, Hangzhou as many options at one fourth the price which are great five stars for visiting the area.

Hangzhou at its best
On the shores of West Lake, the location is unparalleled—simply fantastic—and invites a leisurely round trip along the Su Causeway and its surroundings. And the hotel itself! A dreamlike place, with its beautiful gardens, magnificent buildings, and enchanting pavilions. Indescribable. The rooms are comfortable and completely silent. In the lobby, the guzheng is played live every afternoon, providing the perfect tone for the hotel’s perfect atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. For dinner, we tried Jin Sha, which serves traditional Chinese cuisine. It is important to note that the staff has an excellent command of English. My only regret is not having stayed longer

My stay at the Four Seasons was truly an exceptional experience. I would like to sincerely thank the reception team for their warm welcome and outstanding professionalism from the moment I arrived — they made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. A special thank you to the concierge lady for her exceptional service, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist with every request. I would also like to express my appreciation to the room attendant for the beautiful handwritten messages and thoughtful gifts, which were such a lovely touch and will remain cherished memories of my stay.
