Gorgeous design with top tier service
Incredible stay at the Capella Hanoi! The Bill Bensley designed hotel was visually gorgeous and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. But the service was what brought it over the top. Our culturalists — Grace especially for meeting and greeting us at the airport — but also Nam and the others — were all top tier. The champion barista (Tran Duc Thang) and champion mixologist (Patrick) ensured we had the best coffee and drinks in Vietnam, and all of the wonderful waiters (incl Brian and Hung), housekeeping, and staff ensured we always felt supported. Capella really is the best hotel brand right now, and I’m now obsessed. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Hanoi!

A Gem in Hanoi
We just returned from a 2 week trip to Vietnam, and Capella Hanoi was truly one of the highlights of our trip. We have traveled a decent amount and stay at nice hotels of similar quality and Capella is now at the top of our favorites . Not only is the property stunning and immaculate in cleanliness , but the attention to detail and level of service was truly top notch. We felt q genuineness warmth and care from all staff. Highlights were jazz night during happy hour, a hidden speakeasy and fabulous good at Backstage . Highly recommend !

Excellent choice close to Old Quarter
Capella Hanoi raises the bar for guests wishing to experience rather than stay. The staff was professional, room comfortable, and amenities unique and memorable. Highly recommend a booking at Hibana by Koki.

Amazing experience - 1920 inspired - attention to detail is out of this world
We stayed for 4 nights and we had the best time. The attention to detail with the service we received and the décor of this hotel was amazing - 1920 inspired (Great Gatsby).The designer Bill Bensley did a great job of it. The staff where so welcoming and nothing was to much trouble! This isn't really suited for young families tho (like children under 10 years old) but my 12 and 14 year old sons loved it.

Three nights at the Capella Hanoi
The location is a 10. I stayed in one of their suite and the room was a 10. Service was a 10, all the staffs were great and very helpful. The room comes with breakfast, although the food selections was good but lack it was the same menu for the 3 nights I was there. For breakfast, I give it an 8.
