we have to say that this place deserves to be at the top of the places my wife and I have been to, far from the western world, you are experts in experts in the service day, of course all the people we had the pleasure of meeting did their jobs very well or even better, that is why my wife and I decided to come here for the second time this trip, the highlight of this trip for me was the Spa group and the fitness club, because to let them know that I was a person who had knee surgery and had difficulty walking, the personal trainer and the spa receptionist for the 3 days we were here proactively contacted me without any appointment or reservation, he cared more about my need for help than ever, I was guided to do light exercises with short videos of him instructing (of course we asked for his permission) when I returned home, and it was amazing thanks to them from the supplementary exercises and some foods that were suggested my ligaments and knee joints have can move around more easily and flexibly and of course the spirit has also improved a lot, the family would like to send the best gratitude to the personal trainer Mr. Vuong and the lovely receptionist Ms. Camiee, if the management board reads this share, please send it to them, because on the afternoon of the last day we had a very urgent flight so we didn't have time to send our thanks but of course the other positions also worked very well, they are a unified entity that helps the experience better... I hope that in the near future we will meet again in Hanoi with my children, they will also receive good feelings from the team... love

5 stars is not enough ... ... decor/ambience/food/ service/ suite/staff. If you wish to transport yourself back to the 1920's whilst in Hanoi this is the place one should stay. I cannot say how much I enjoyed this superb hotel that offer so much for guests so that you leave having a fuller understanding of Vietnamese culture (which sadly I was unable to fit in). However, the food - is worthy of Michelin star. The breakfast was a culinary experience just by itself. Each part of the hotel gave my eyes something else to feast on - it took me 2 days before I thought - oh yes, I remember that ... I kept wanting to ask for a tour... but I ran out of time.. I want to return to Hanoi just to stay at this hotel... but for sure anyone who is going to Vietnam and enjoys afternoon tea/ cocktails and wonderful treatment, beautiful suites with a deep 1920's style standalone bath and bath salts... We stayed in the deluxe suite and to me it felt as though I had a suite at the London Ritz.... o la la... as soon as we walked in I just looked at the chaise lounge and the pictures on the walls... and took a breath. I also used the gym and it was so good. Just the right amount of gym equipment/ free weights/ and also a spare set of headphones with cleaning wipes if one had forgotten to bring their own ... fruit and detox drinks as well as protein balls/ nuts and dried fruit for the guests. My partner swam in the pool -- so relaxing... The rooftop bar --- well, for those who love Instagram I can assure you that the photo opportunities are endless. But for me the real joy of staying there was when we had finished a day of sight seeing, or just strolling around the bustle and wonderfully vibrant Hanoi in 38 degrees and 90% humidity :-)... you take one step back into the cool and calm hotel lobby immediately greeted by all the staff who see you - and all the noise is left behind until you next venture outdoors... Three cheers for The Cappella Hanoi for delivering even more than they advertise..... I am not posting pictures as they will never be able to do the hotel justice.... you have to go and see and experience with your own eyes and be prepared to put on a few kilos around the waistline :-) - but trust me it is worth it. There is no way on this planet that I would go back to Hanoi and be staying anywhere else... in fact I am going to seek them out when I next travel to Asia...

I'm not usually impressed by hotels but this one is quite special. The 1920's theme is on point everywhere and really keeps you immersed. Food is great as well. Lobby lounge area has complementary drinks and snacks for guests, breakfast has a ton of great options made to order instead of a buffet and the restaurants are all highly rated.

The hotel and service is more than excellent. The hotel is for me above the Legend Sofitel which I tested during my trip too.

On reflection, what struck me about this opulent hotel was the extraordinary quality of the experience ( and I'm an experience designer). Everything had been thoughtfully designed with the other elements in mind. The suite was magnificent, but every time I thought of something that would be useful, it was there. The people were proactive, not just responsive to my interests or questions, it wasn't just food service at Backstage, it was also a little bit of theatre. The massage from Tuoi in the glorious spa area transported me directly to relaxation. This experience was beyond the sum of its parts, it was a masterclass in creative luxury that lives on well beyond your checkout date.
