Capella Hanoi

We only wish we could have stayed longer. The culturists went above and beyond to help when my husband’s luggage didn’t make it on our flight, coordinating delivery of our bags to the hotel even while we were in Sapa. They also kindly stored our bags for us during our trip to Ha Long Bay. Upon arrival, the reception team was wonderful and even pre-ordered our dinner at Koki while we checked into our room, as we had a late arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to find anniversary balloons waiting for us — such a thoughtful, personalized touch. Our butler gave us a thorough tour of the room, and breakfast was amazing. Although we were rushed to catch our flight, our server was incredibly accommodating, providing quick service and coffee to go. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer and experience everything the hotel has to offer.

We’ve stayed at many five-star hotels and have high expectations, but Capella Hanoi is truly in a league of its own. The staff’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth—along with their constant willingness to go the extra mile—make every stay feel like coming home. We always feel so well taken care of, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt unique and thoughtfully designed. Every corner tells a different story — like walking through a series of beautiful paintings that shape your entire vacation experience. It’s easy to see why Capella Hanoi stands out among the best. The staff here are beyond amazing — kind, attentive, and perfectly in sync as a team. They communicate so well and make every guest feel genuinely cared for. Even though we come from different cultures, their warmth and hospitality felt universal. We loved the complimentary cocktails and evening performances at Diva, and the dining experiences at Backstage, Auriga, and Fitness restaurants were absolutely worth every moment. The Spa–Fitness Club impressed us the most. They didn’t just focus on training; they truly cared about our health and recovery. Free water, fruit, personalized workout plans, and even regular heart-rate checks every morning — such a thoughtful touch! The cold recovery bath was amazing, and the indoor saltwater pool with crystal chandeliers was simply stunning. Other guests we met there were cheerful and energetic, which says a lot about how professional and passionate the team is. Even after we returned home, Justin has continued to help me train remotely — truly above and beyond! Huge thanks to Personal Trainer Justin, Manager Cherry, and the lovely receptionist Camille for their kindness and support. You made our trip so special and full of beautiful memories. ❤️🇻🇳

Ms.Hoai was the best host you can find in Hanoi! The best smile and service ! The wine and food was good! You can ask for her to host you!

This was one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed at and had service which was superb! The culturists helped us with tours, dinner recommendations, activities to do, and a great place to have a shampoo (which is a special treat in Vietnam). Although all of the staff at the front of the hotel, the dining room, and elsewhere were great, we especially appreciate the help we got from Thao and Trung. Thao was there on our arrival and took special care of us throughout the entire stay, including letting us know about the dangers of traveling to Hue and Hoi An due to flooding. She worked tirelessly to make other arrangements for us. Trung was also very helpful and generously gave us tickets to a beautiful musical performance one evening. The decor at the hotel is gorgeous – – in the living room, bar, restaurants, and the rooms. Breakfast is delicious and we also enjoyed a dinner at the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening “soirée” which included complementary drinks and snacks and a show with a pianist, bass player, and singer. Delightful in a beautiful setting! The location of the hotel in the French Quarter was also excellent and allowed us to walk to many places, including Hoan Kiem Lake, where we especially liked the weekend festivities! The perfect place to stay in Hanoi!
