Best hotel in Hanoi and maybe anywhere!
What an amazing hotel. Absolutely beautiful and incredible service. As nice as any place I’ve ever stayed. Maybe the best part was the service in the gym where Sesten stretched me with theragun. And don’t forget the Cold Plunge.

Superior Service and five stars!
Five star. This is an amazing hotel and you shouldn’t stay anywhere else. The hotel is impeccable at every level. I went to the gym each day and the personal trainer Justin is incredible. He provided the best stretch, which I needed after so much travel. The sauna, cold plunge and pool make this hotel an oasis.

Hanoi’s finest small hotel
If I could give ten stars, I would! Well located in the French quarter, the theme of the hotel is the 1920’s of music, theater, etc. Executed beautifully, not at all kitsch. The service is impeccable and our suite of rooms, to die for! Special shout out to Liz who was so helpful when we wanted to book Hanoi excursions and basically, she was our “go-to” person whenever we needed help. The daily tea in the lobby was something we looked forward to and the breakfast buffet was probably the highest quality of any breakfast we had on our three week journey throughout Southeast Asia.

Impeccable service
We stayed here for one night, the n.1 quality of this hotel is the impeccable service and the kind staff. N. 2 is that they’re very generous with champagne 🥂. The quality of decor and furnishings is very good quality. I need to mention tho that the windows are not very well sealed allowing the noise of the beeping and music from the outside in, so it wasn’t my best night sleep. Thanks again for the experience!

Justin was very helpful with the sauna / steam and cold plunge amenities. He also helped with anything needed in the gym as far as cold waters, towels and other locker room amenities.
