Capella Hanoi

This hotel is amazing the most incredible service of any hotel I have ever visited. The restaurant is excellent and the breakfast buffet is unbelievable. You can eat anything you want even things from other countries like Europe, fresh oysters, or American food or local food all served with extreme talent.

Such a beautiful designed hotel, friendly staff, good location and comfortable beautiful room. Also the breakfast was outstanding good and the got a nice bar upstairs! We enjoyed our night there and regret that our stay was not longer!

We recently began our travels to Vietnam by arriving in Hanoi. Our first introduction to the city and country was our late arrival (after 1 am) to the Hotel. Despite the late hour, it appeared that the staff was anticipating our arrival. We were met by the manager and check in was swift as we were offered refreshments in the lounge. Our room can be described as glorious and inviting. The manager had arranged for a light dinner to be waiting for us in our room! There was no let down during the remainder of our stay; the service was genuine and unobtrusive; the food was exquisite, and the location perfect to go on walks to explore the old French section of Hanoi as the city prepared for Tet. Capella Hanoi will not disappoint!

Most stunning hotel, with absolutely impeccable attention to detail; awesome interior design throughout, beautifully appointed room with gorgeous extras (I won’t spoil the surprises) , the most comfortable bed ever. Complimentary afternoon tea was delightful, Breakfast superb,and the private sauna/steam was also a dream. A 5mins walk from Old Quarter, perfectly positioned - if your budget allows this truly is an experience not to be missed.

Pure joy! What an absolutely wonderful hotel. Attention to detail is superb; staff extremely helpful and friendly. Afternoon tea and cake (complimentary) was a little touch of a bygone era, and beautifully executed. We ate in the Michelin restaurant of the hotel - and it was just wonderful!! The hotel is stunning. And the bedroom was one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. The personal touches - the notes, the glasses cloth, - everything was perfect. Even the hairdryer was luxury - Dyson! A jewellry box in the safe, and a complimentary handbag to use throughout our stay. Clean, noiseless, can not praise this hotel any higher. Great location in the Old Quarter and 5 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Not the cheapest bed in town, but certainly one of the best. Worth it.
