Pure magic
We stayed here two nights and had a marvelous stay. We originally booked at the Sofitel across the street but decided to splurge at this newer property and that was a great decision! The hotel reminds me of a luxurious city townhouse. Indeed, there are only 40+ rooms. It’s decorated lavishly in colonial colorful splendor. We were upgraded to a bedroom suite because it was my birthday. While the rooms are on the small side (typical of Hanoi), it was jampacked with detail and luxury. Crisp cool beddings, drinks bar, in room Vietnamese coffees, Bamford toiletries, little doodads to put your glasses on, the cutest eyeglass wipes… no detail was too small. When you left the hotel the doorman would offer us a bottle of Acqua Panna - lovely! Though sometimes I wish it was cold! Buffet breakfast was irresistible with a great array of Asian and Western specialities. It also came with à la carte orders which should not be missed. We enjoyed our breakfasts very much! And cocktail hour is not to be missed. We enjoyed the Deux Champagne served freely along with the complimentary nibbles. We were served by a wonderful gentleman whose babe was Nhien (my spelling could be way off) who graciously answered our questions and always asked how our day was going. My husband also I had a massage which he said was outstanding Can’t wait to go back. Keep up the great work!

Luxury and hospitality in Hanoi
One of the most incredible hotels I have ever stayed at. We stayed for 3 nights/4 days. The ambience/decor is really creative, unique, and detailed. The design really is something to admire. The staff were perfectly hospitable. Each day we enjoyed the daily rituals - complimentary drinks and live jazz music in the lobby bar. The breakfast was included with our room and was a great way to start the day, a lot of Vietnamese and western options. Our final night we had dinner and drinks at the Hudson Rooms which is a great vibe with beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again. If you are visiting and want top tier accommodations, would definitely recommend.
