Nice and stylish place right in the center of Helsinki. Short walk to many places. The place includes a hotel, restaurants, gym and spa. Nice staff. 4.5/5⭐

Best hotel ever! Love this place!!!
The NH Helsinki Grand Hansa was amazing!!! The room was incredible, the staff was unbelievable and the food was amazing!!! I would give it a 100 on a scale of 1-5! If you want to feel special and be treated like a rockstar, check out this hotel!!!

The perfect stay in Helsinki!
Have made 7 trips to this hotel, and it always delivers! The staff is more than perfect! The only drawback is that the kupoi bar isnt open all days:)

Very Good but not perfect.
The hotel is very well located. Our suite was perfect and we made use of the well equipped gym. There were a couple of things that let it done. In the bar I ordered a glass of champagne. We were served the dregs of a bottle left over from previous evening which was completely flat. What was particularly poor was the waiter hoped we wouldn't notice. It was clear the room hadnt been properly checked as we very quickly ran out of shower gel and soap. It was clear the bottles had not been topped from the previous occupant. I raised it at reception and was told it was due the hotels sustainability policy, what utter nonsense. Finally I was quite shocked by the policy on wifi. The wifi was just about adequate however the hotel wanted us to pay a surcharge to get good wifi. Surely in todays world good wifi is a basic requirement. So overall very good but some room for improvement.

Ecxellent experience.
Rooms were very comfortable and main thing; bed was just good for me. hotels interioir is amazing. Service was kind and helpful. Breakfast was really delightful experience, tables were full of were full of exellent ingrediens and nicely served.
