Room was very clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the grounds and pools. Location is ideal being close to beach and Palmetto Dunes facilities. Resort fee is too much for what one gets in return, however.Noise of screaming babies is unacceptable as are yellings from older children and door slammings. Am not recommending this place to people without small children due to noise issue. Been coming to Hilton Head for some 30 years and never ever have experienced such noise. Was first time staying at this Omni. I will go somewhere else on next visit.

Our stay has been mostly good. The room is wonderful and the food has been better than we expected. Does not feel like "resort food" at all. Well done! And David at the bar is a keeper! A couple pieces of constructive criticism: 1. The plastic is...too much. Plastic cups, plastic straws (in the sports bar), plastic to-go containers for IRD, plastic utensils, plastic water bottles. We went to refill the water bottles from the room at a water station and a staff member came to “help,” took our water bottles, threw them out and brought us new water bottles. For being ocean front and trying to keep the environment safe for the animals, this seems like a big miss. And frankly, it cheapens the brand. 2. You can't do much about the room sound-proofing. You can hear every conversation in the halls. From our bed, I can even hear our neighbor pressing the buttons on his microwave. It is what it is, I get it. But i've worked in hotels for over a decade. If a couple checked into our hotel, we would do our very best not to put them in a room next to a family with small children. For the past two nights, the baby in the room next to us has woken up in the middle of the night crying and woken us up. This was our FIRST trip together without our baby and it would've been wonderful if the hotel had considered putting us in a room that was not next to a family with small children. Maybe this was the only room left in the category we had picked and you had no choice. But if it wasn't, I would strongly suggest keeping an eye on which rooms have small children. All in all, we have enjoyed our stay. But I cannot say we would recommend the property to our friends until the sustainability measures improve. Which is sad, because it's a great resort otherwise.

Trip and amenities were very good. However, asked for a wake up call and never got it. Made us almost miss our flight. Very disappointed!! The stress from that should be worth some consideration of a discount or a future stay discount!!!

I had an incredible experience. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The establishment is clean and gorgeous. It is maintained perfectly. The staff was simply amazing. Every single person I encountered seemed happy to be at work and happily did their job. It made the experience lovely.

The resort is beautiful and very accommodating for families. Beautiful beach access and pools. My family has stayed here a couple times. The service has always been fantastic but this trip was very disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and we were never met with a smile or greeting. We purchased the $800 resort credit based off of previous visits but this time the food was ok and again service was bad. We seemed to be a bother. Spoke with several other families that were staying there and this seemed to be a shared opinion. I really hope they get this corrected!
