Good central location with excellent service
We were on a high floor, so the view and sleep quality were fantastic! The location is good - very central and easy walking to good restaurants. Our stay included breakfast, and it was a treat. I usually opt for ala carte, but having tried this option one morning midstay, we returned to the buffet on the 2nd floor. It was amazingly diverse, high quality and the service outstanding. The pool area is also fantastic - refreshing, well laid out, and, again, great service.

Exceptional stay as always. The club lounge experience is faultless and certainly recommended. The team always make the stay enjoyable & comfortable where nothing is too much to ask. Probably the best hotel in Saigon.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Des Arts. The executive lounge is fantastic—comfortable, stylish, and with great service. Huyen was especially welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home with her friendly attitude. The hotel itself is cozy and beautifully decorated. Breakfast and the restaurant food were both delicious, with great cocktails. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Des Arts for its friendly team, comfortable rooms, and excellent food. Huyen’s hospitality really made my stay special!
