Embark with Hôtel des Arts Saigon, MGallery on a journey back in time to Vietnam in the 1930s to relive the romance of this bygone era while luxuriating in all the comforts of the 21st century. Combining the classical allure of French Indochina with a sense of timeless chic, the hotel is as much an art museum as a 5-star boutique hotel. The hotel blurs the boundaries between a hotel that is simply a luxurious escape and one that creates a memorable lifestyle experience for its discerning guests.
This Signature sanctuary harmonises French Indochina allure with contemporary finesse. Situated close to the Notre Dame Cathedral, our haven is a tranquil retreat adorned with art. Relish the art deco embellishments in our rooms, indulge in Asian street cuisine at Saigon Kitchen, or rejuvenate at Le Spa des Artistes. Hôtel des Arts Saigon, a meaningful and memorable journey through time.

What a wonderful stay in Saigon. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. I was very impressed by Minh at the lobby, very professional and thoughtful. She helped me alot in this alone trip, giving super nice room, high floor, even giving special treat for the drinks, and that is what made me love this trip very much.

I've stayed at MGallery a few times now. I like the location, the staff are usually quite friendly, and as a Platinum/Plus member I like to make use of the lounge and rooftop bar. Unfortunately something seems to have really gone amiss on the last night and the following day. On the rooftop bar, I encountered a very unprofessional and quite rude waiter. I'm not sure why, but she was constantly looking over and giving nasty looks. When I asked for the food menu, she brought over the drinks menu. I asked "sorry, can I see the food menu please?" and she snatched the menu out of my hands. When trying to apply the welcome drink vouchers and Accor Plus discount at the end, she said "no, you didn't tell us at the start so you can't use them" before seemingly scolding a nearby staff member who then came over and apologised for her colleague's behaviour and said it's no issue and that she'd assist us. On the plus side, the drinks were nice - the menu seems to have been updated very recently! This aside, I returned to the hotel early morning and requested a late check-out; I wasn't sure what time I needed, so I asked reception for just a couple of hours, and was advised that this is certainly possible and that it shouldn't be an issue if I need to extend a bit further, I could just ask the lounge staff. I happened to be downstairs near the checkout time and asked for a slightly longer extension, to which the reception rejected (politely). I then went to the lounge, and encountered the second seemingly rude staff member (this time a front office supervisor?) who responded with silence when I asked her, followed by telling me "no you can't checkout late" which effectively meant I had 5 minutes to gather my things and be out, as I had a meeting and couldn't guarantee I'd make it by the originally discussed checkout time. I wasn't asking for a free night, I was only asking for 1-2 hours. The staff on all other days have been fantastic, particularly in the lounge, and always at the rooftop bar, so I'm really not sure what happened here. I would hope this is a one-time experience, but I'm also not certain that after 2 back to back poor experiences that I would be rushing back unless I was confident that it wouldn't happen again.

Wow! This hotel is absolutely amazing. I love M Gallery Hotels as they are representative of the region and the service is impeccable and quality is top notch. This hotel was close enough to the action of district 1 but far enough away you don’t feel smothered by the bars and restaurants. The roof top was amazing and the cocktails were as well. But the breakfast was next level. We decided to come back to this hotel for a couple of days prior to our departure and the breakfast was a big calling card.

I loved this hotel. The service is top rated, the hotel decor is beautiful and everything felt luxury. Breakfast was the best we had during our whole time in Vietnam. The roof top pool was also great with comfortable loungers and a nice bar area. The hotel is also really well located and we could walk to most places. We also had room service one night which was also excellent. I wish I had stayed longer!

I thought this hotel was stunning. Attention to detail was meticulous and luxurious. I loved the fluffy bathrobes. The breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed cocktails at the rooftop bar. Location also very good. This is a great choice for a few nights in the city. The rooms were on the smaller side vs other places we stayed on our trip but for 2 nights it was fine. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
