I thought this hotel was stunning. Attention to detail was meticulous and luxurious. I loved the fluffy bathrobes. The breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed cocktails at the rooftop bar. Location also very good. This is a great choice for a few nights in the city. The rooms were on the smaller side vs other places we stayed on our trip but for 2 nights it was fine. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautifully designed hotel that is a very good location in Ho Chin Min City. A 10/15 mins walk and you reach Ho Chi Min square and the central Ben Than Market. The team at this hotel is very friendly, courteous and they genuinely look after the guests. From check in, breakfast, room cleanliness, everything was very efficiently executed. Breakfast buffet at the Saigon kitchen is a very high standard and quality. Live kitchen serving eggs, Pho, fresh juices and an amazing choice of bakery items - top notch. This reflects a very good quality management and leadership in this hotel, loved our 2 nights stay and if ever we go back to HCMC it’s again going to be at the Hotel Des Arts Saigon….👏👊👍

Date of stay: 15-18 August 2025 This is definitely a great 5-star hotel. The location is perfect, the Club Millésime on the 22nd floor is excellent, breakfast is great and the rooftop is simply amazing. Your stay could be perfect, but it really depends on where your room is located. Traveling with a 5-year-old, being on the 21st floor facing the city (entrance side) was another story. The view is beautiful, but the noise level is an issue: • Across from the hotel, a government building hosts a kind of market / events until around 10:30 pm. • The rooftop DJ plays until 2 am. • And being just under Club Millésime, you hear furniture moving during the nightly cleaning I guess after 11 pm and above. With a child, it quickly becomes complicated and tiring. For guests who love nightlife, I’m sure it’s not a problem — in fact, this is the place to be. But for families, it’s less than ideal. As an Accor Diamond member, I can say the staff are genuinely nice and do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. However, I would have appreciated being placed in a quieter room, especially since I was traveling with a young child. On top of that, there was a lack of preparation: only two towels for three guests In my case, I would have changed hotels. I had considered booking again, but I’ve decided instead to try the Sofitel in the coming days to see if the experience will be better. Stay tuned !

Gorgeously decorated hotel with an excellent service provided by staff. We really enjoyed our time here. The rooftop bar and pool has amazing views of the skyline and we enjoyed spending time there in the day and night. My sons enjoyed the gym and the spa decor was lovely. Also it is in a great location as you can walk to key central placed. The breakfast was delicious with many options and nothing is too much trouble. A big shout out to the door staff as they were so welcoming and friendly, you could not help but smile on entering. The only suggestion I would make to improve is to heat the rooftop pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

The team are amazing, very hospitable and kind hearted. especially Nhut 🙏🏼 who always accommodated me and my dad made us feel very welcomed.
