Embark with Hôtel des Arts Saigon, MGallery on a journey back in time to Vietnam in the 1930s to relive the romance of this bygone era while luxuriating in all the comforts of the 21st century. Combining the classical allure of French Indochina with a sense of timeless chic, the hotel is as much an art museum as a 5-star boutique hotel. The hotel blurs the boundaries between a hotel that is simply a luxurious escape and one that creates a memorable lifestyle experience for its discerning guests.
This Signature sanctuary harmonises French Indochina allure with contemporary finesse. Situated close to the Notre Dame Cathedral, our haven is a tranquil retreat adorned with art. Relish the art deco embellishments in our rooms, indulge in Asian street cuisine at Saigon Kitchen, or rejuvenate at Le Spa des Artistes. Hôtel des Arts Saigon, a meaningful and memorable journey through time.

76-78 NGUYEN THI MINH KHAI, VO THI SAU WARD, DISTRICT 3
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Nearest Airport: SGN
Located in the western part of District 3, it's close to many of the main tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh (walking distance) but it is not on any of the main thoroughfares. From when you first enter the hotel oozes opulence, the staff are warm and welcoming. As we flew in early in the morning, we booked the room from the night before we arrived - so glad we did. Our grand deluxe room was large (30sqm) but not spacious - the floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of light but the full blackout curtains were perfect. The bathroom areas are only separated from the bed by a curtain, which meant sometimes disturbing your partner during the night. There was a note about possible noise from next door & complimentary earplugs. I wasn't however expecting the level of noise from the open-air karaoke restaurant next door - maybe double glazing might help. Also, they never replaced the earplugs. Apart from that housekeeping were on point - replacing complimentary water & keeping the room clean. We visited the Social Club rooftop bar (24th floor) several times - worth it for the view of the city's skyline, and happy hour(s) which are between 3-7pm. Definitely try the signature cocktails. We stayed five nights and the reason I ranked it five stars was that the buffet breakfast at the Saigon Kitchen was one of the best I have encountered. It had a great mix of healthy options, Vietnamese dishes, plus your traditional breakfast fare. I loved the fresh fruit juices made in front of you, the open kitchen, the fact that everything was cooked there and not sitting around in Bain Maries getting stale. The layout and styling made it feel more intimate and not like a dining hall. The range of food changed on a daily basis. We also ate the Albion by Kirk, which was amazing, but I'll review that separately. The concierge was so helpful, not only providing us with some great suggestions as to where to eat nearby but also making bookings for us. The doormen always welcomed us with a smile every time we left or returned. As an Accor member I couldn't have asked for more.

The hotel is located right in the city center, making everything easily accessible. The atmosphere truly reflects the vibrant energy of a city that never sleeps – perfect for those who want to be in the heart of the action. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. All services run smoothly and reliably. I would especially like to highlight the hotel staff, who were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire stay. A special mention goes to Nhaliy, whose outstanding attitude, genuine care for guests, and willingness to help beyond expectations made the stay truly exceptional. Staff like this turn a good hotel into a great one. Highly recommended, and I would be very happy to return

I was lucky enough to spend five nights at this hotel, which is well located for visiting certain parts of Saigon. The service was perfect overall. The hotel staff are efficient, responsive and always available when you need something. The room and gym were always very clean. There is also a superb rooftop bar with a great atmosphere and spectacular views of Saigon, from where you can see the Bitexo Financial Tower, Landmark Sky View and Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral. A big thank you to Vinh, Nhut and Van, who are always cheerful, smiling and ready to provide information.

I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and this is honestly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff are incredibly friendly and warm, the room was amazing, and the food is truly on a top level. There is also a rooftop bar which is a lot of fun to go to in the evening – great atmosphere and a perfect place to relax. Throughout my stay I felt treated like a king; everyone was so kind, welcoming and attentive. I especially want to mention NHUT – a very pleasant, smiling and helpful person, always happy to assist with anything. The service was on a very high and professional level. There is no doubt that this is my favorite hotel in Vietnam, and I would happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The hotel is well maintained and excellent location. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. From the front desk to the lounge and the restaurant. Special shout out to Thien Bieh at the restaurant at breakfast. He was amazing and always a pleasure to speak with. Service and amenities at the hotel were exceptional. Did not spend much time up in the pool but spectacular view of the city from the rooftop bar and pool. Will definitely return
