We stayed here two nights, and there were positives & negatives. Positives: Excellent service; Nice breakfast buffet on 2nd floor; Dinner at Albion was very good; Negatives: I booked through Amex, and I thought I would be receiving a room upgrade. The room was one of the 3 smallest on the floor. The bathroom wasn’t sectioned off from the rest of the room; The elevators are slow and one shaft was not operating; Spotty wifi; I was denied earning ALL points. Hyatt, Marriott & Hilton allow me to earn points despite the booking channel; The negatives outweigh the positives. Not having a separate bathroom, and having a small room really irked me.

My wife and I were lucky enough to stay for three nights at the start of our Vietnam tour. The hotel is in a great location, with very helpful & friendly staff, wonderful food in both restaurants. Our bedroom was perfect in every way, but beware the roof top pool bar beckons you every night 😂

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every aspect of our time at the hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were excellent, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. A very special thank you to Mr. Nhut, who genuinely made a difference in our experience. He was exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His warm attitude and personal touch made us feel truly valued and special throughout our stay. Thank you for such a memorable experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Everything about this hotel was 10/10. I don’t usually write reviews but feel inclined after my stay. The location was perfect. Walking distance to almost everything you want to see in the city. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious. Beds very comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar was also gorgeous and very fun/lively at night! The best part of my stay was the staff. They were beyond attentive, nice and helpful. The bellman Khoa, Vinh, strung and Hoang always greeted me with a smile and were eager to help with any questions I had! Truly impeccable service. The concierge Pung was amazing as well! Next time I’m back in Ho Chi Minh I will 100% stay here

I stayed 5 days at Hotel des Arts— what a wonderful experience. Thi greeted us at the front desk and checked us in. We were tired and wanted to check in hours before the official time. She was able to accommodate us ,as well as cheerfully changing currencies and mailing postcards. She was impressive! Duony (Andrew) was our concierge. Multiple times a day he advised us on restaurants, museums, and activities . He was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. He was also good at estimating distances and making sure we had the maps and information we needed. He was impressive! Nhut greeted us at the entrance whenever we came in. He remembered our names, remembered where we had been, and was helpful with anything we needed— including getting us ice water when we were too tired to do so. He was impressive!
