Hotel Des Arts Saigon - MGallery

We stayed in a suite at Hotel Des Arts Saigon - MGallery for two nights and it was nothing short of spectacular, setting the tone beautifully for what turned out to be a wonderful trip through Vietnam. The suite itself exceeded expectations in every way, and the lounge was a real highlight, lovely sparkling wine, beautifully presented appetizers, and cocktails that were genuinely superb. The kind of lounge that makes you want to linger. The food across the hotel was genuinely impressive at every level. We tried several of the dining options during our stay, cocktails on the rooftop, a buffet lunch at the Asian Kitchen, dinner at the ground floor cafe, and the breakfast buffet, and the quality was consistently excellent across all of them. The breakfast buffet in particular was impressive enough that we chose it over the lounge breakfast, where the offerings were more limited by comparison. It’s rare for a hotel to deliver so well across multiple venues and dining styles, and it really added to the overall experience. There was one minor disappointment during our stay. The rooftop pool had a filtration issue that left the water cloudy, which meant we weren’t able to use it. However, what turned a potential negative into a positive was the response from the hotel. General Manager Philippe was outstanding. He took our feedback seriously, was genuinely interested in our experience, and the pool was drained and refilled promptly. Unfortunately the timing meant we missed out on a swim, but the responsiveness and care shown by Philippe and his team left us with nothing but goodwill. That kind of attentive, genuine hospitality is what separates a good hotel from a great one, and Hotel Des Arts Saigon is firmly in the latter category. We would not hesitate to recommend it for anyone seeking a true five star experience in Ho Chi Minh City.

We stayed one night at this hotel as we transitioned between a Vietnam land tour and a Mekong River Cruise. The hotel was very nice, excellent service and the staff was very helpful. The lounge was nice and relaxing with good food and comfortable seating. I would highly recommend and choose agin when we return to Saigon.

Nice place to stay in HCM .great location,friendly staff,very clean room. I have to mention that the bellboys are the greatest,super friendly gave me recommendations for what to do in the city
