Waiting to visit again soon.
An excellent hotel with amazing staff. Enjoyed our overall experience at the hotel, our meal at the Italian restaurant was Fab, breakfast was outstanding as well. The Spa, pool and Jacuzzi were super and well kept. Lovely stay with the family. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Nice hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh. Good walking distance to good restaurants and local sightseeing places. The hotel is really nice with lots of helping stuff. Really good food served in their restaurant.

Oasis in the middle of the energetic Ho Chi Minh City
This is our first time in Saigon, and our 9th Park Hyatt property. Park Hyatt Saigon is a nice oasis in the middle of the energetic Ho Chi Minh City. The location is really perfect for a first timer in Saigon. The hotel is located in District 1, basically almost all of the main tourist sites in Saigon is within walking distance from the hotel. I personally find Saigon to be charming, exciting and chaotic at the same time. The hotel is a nice little break from the heat and the charming chaos. The hotel is beautiful, nicely maintained. Our suite room, good sized. The hotel pool is nice and surprisingly deep. Breakfast is good, however I would have like to see even more Vietnamese food option. The breakfast pork banh mi was delicious. Thanks to all of the staff at the Park Hyatt Saigon for a memorable stay, especially to the hardworking room cleaning team . Special thanks to Ms. Hang Tran, surely an excellent representative of the Park Hyatt ethos. On her recommendation, I am now looking forward to the Park Hyatt KL and Phu Quoc

My Favorite Park Hyatt Hotel
I had an excellent experience this time as a return Park Hyatt Saigon guest. I stayed at the Lam Son Suite and the experience during my stay was elevated. As always, attention to detail with heritage art, customer service, and attentiveness during breakfast was stellar. Thank you Park Hyatt Team for your passion of taking care of guests.
